This is the cat that wouldn’t give up on finding a new home.

“This cat wouldn’t take no for an answer. We took her in, and we had no idea she was pregnant (she is tiny). We’re going to raise the kittens for 8 weeks, get the family spayed/neutered, get their shots up to date, and adopt them all off.” noted re-verse.

This is what happened after a few days…

“So, the babies are coming along well. The mom is still a flurry of claws for any pets that come near her closet, but she has bonded well with her young, and then seem to be developing nicely. The grey one has open eyes now, would like to get photos within a few days.”

“Once they are old enough, We’ll get the whole family fixed, vaccinated, chipped, and adopted out.”

The poor souls were found abandoned in the cemetery, with no one aware of how they ended up together. Most likely, they were abandoned by their mothers and were very lucky to have been found.

Although named after Gothic writers, these kittens are anything but gloomy. They’re pretty cheerful and fun and it won’t be long before each of them finds a new forever home.

Who knew that cats are such tech buffs? A Chinese woman recently shared her experience online after leaving her iPad unattended for a while. She lives with two rescue cats so you know she’s got her hands full. After a few hours, she needed her iPad again and noticed that the screen was full of cat hair. It’s a normal sight so he just brushed the hairs off and unlocked her device.

And then a surprise. The Photos app opened up and there was a bunch of selfies taken by one of her cats. The cat probably opened the camera app by mistake, and then saw herself on the screen. She tapped and unknowingly took pictures of a good grooming section. There were a few dozen pics, so she obviously didn’t think about space.

Of course, the owner shared the pics online and the story went viral instantly. It’s another proof that cats are smarter than we think. We’re eager to see what happens when they learn how to surf the web.

Florencia and her brother decided to take the cats back home to feed them and nurse them back to health. Sadly, however, only one of the kittens managed to pull through.

The sibling pair decided to name the sole survivor Tito.

In the end, Florencia decided to adopt Tito as he seemed to be just one very affectionate, adorable, and cuddly little fur-baby.

About two months later, Florencia brought Tito to be checked out by a vet for a routine checkup. The veterinarian, however, took one look at Tito and knew something was completely off.

At the time, he didn’t know quite what Tito was but he did know that he was no “normal” feline.

The vet gave Florencia the number of a local wildlife reserve located in Yerba Buena, Argentina …

Hopper was neutered and vetted and later put up for adoption. The shelter had a difficult time finding the right home for hopper, and months passed without an adopter. However, Hopper wouldn’t let that bring him down.

The Cutest Act

Seeing how no one wanted the one-eared kitten, the staff didn’t hold out hope. However, Hopper was ready to work on the case. The poor kitten started waving at each visitor that came to see him. This was seen as peculiar at first, but it soon became clear that it was Hopper’s way of trying to find a new home.

The malformation appeared to be from a previous injury and doesn’t affect Hopper’s quality of life. It doesn’t even bother him – he acts as a regular cat for his age. He’s the sweetest boy at the shelter and his little act booked his ticket for a new home.

Hopper didn’t waste time to make friends with the volunteers and everyone who came to see him. The waving was enough for one couple from Alaska who couldn’t resist it. After checking out dozens of kittens, they were moved by Hopper’s gesture and immediately adopted him.

His act was more than enough for the couple. As soon as they entered the room, be got up on his hind legs and started waving his paws. They knew that Hopper would be their new pet. The couple didn’t care about the one ear at all – they found it a unique characteristic.

Hopper has now started a new chapter in life, proving that there is a home for cats with malformations.

The family who saw them knew right away the kittens needed help. After an hour, the rescue center arrived at the scene and spotted two feral kitties who wouldn’t let people anywhere near them. Food and water were immediately put on the scene, and with patience, the kittens eventually went to a secure area.

A New Lease of Life

From the moment they entered the carrier, the kittens were inseparable. They didn’t leave each other’s side while being transported to a foster home. With the help of their new foster parents, they started socializing.

It didn’t take long for the foster volunteers to learn that there was cuteness and a strong bond under the feral surface. Named Hampshire and Shi, the pair of kittens required a lot of work. With patience and the right approach, they broke the feral image every day.

After a week, they finally came out of their shells. They started socializing with their foster parents and quickly discovered the joy of cuddles. At the same time, they were still reluctant to leave each other’s side. And that was perfectly OK with the foster family.

The kittens look nearly identical, so they’re obviously from the same litter. However, they have distinct personalities and are quite vocal. These kittens share a deep bond we’ve rarely seen. They do everything together and will likely have to be adopted as a pair.

Loves to be the Center of Attention

When Fruit met his mom Lauren, he wasn’t in great shape. He got an X-ray and everything looked solid, so they didn’t immediately realize he couldn’t walk. The good news is that he was feeling great otherwise. One day, he got really sick, and the vets recommended putting the tiny furball down. However, Lauren didn’t accept that, knowing how great of a kitty he is.

She nursed him back to health and he’s doing great. Fruit is now a tiny dynamo who doesn’t let his disability affect his life. He loves hanging out with his mom and always follows her around.

We are grateful that Lauren didn’t give up on him when others did. Take a look at a video of Fruit and see how great of a kitten he is.

The senior cat was born without a tail, but that hasn’t impacted her life at all. She’s just like any other cat – she loves to sleep and lazy around, looking for new napping spots at home all day long. She loves taking naps in the backyard too, so there’s no place where she hasn’t put her head down.

A New Best Bud

A few months ago, Baby’s owners bought a decorative rock in the form of a cat. They love cats and found it cute, but couldn’t even imagine Baby would grow so fond of it. She loves it so much that not a day passes by without her cuddling with the rock outside. She sleeps by it every day, and ever since the pics went online, they’ve gone viral.

And who can blame people for liking that post? Just take a look at how much Baby loves her friend.

Anna Dickerson-Homan is a volunteer animal rescuer based in Higgins Lake, Michigan. One day while working at her farm, Anna found a kitten with bent paws in the barn. She had a brother with her and both were in need of help. The kittens were dirty and covered in fleas despite the obvious problem the smaller had with the bent paws.

Immediate Help

Anna wasted no time to help the kittens. She first put out food and water and they ate properly. Then it was time for a bath and some flea treatment. In the end, she put them on a soft cushion bed and they fell asleep at once.

Both kitties were born with Manx Syndrome. It’s a difficult condition in which kittens are born without a tail and with spinal defects. Despite the bent paws, however, Lisa the tabby was just as happy as any other cat.

After a good night of sleep, Lisa and her brother were completely different cats in the morning. They started playing and running around, obviously happy that someone took care of them. Lisa let nothing stop her. Her legs may be bent, but she’s got the spirit of a healthy cat.

She follows her brother everywhere around the home and amazed Anna with her resolve. Her foster mom took her to the vet for treatment on the bent paws. Day by day and week after week, she overcame all hurdles like a champ.

The brother and sister are having a great time in their foster home and doing great so far. They will soon be adopted, and we hope they find a loving home – they truly deserve it.

Both of them were scratching their hands to figure out just how to save it. And so, they began clearing the corners of the truck out, but still no kitten.

Two weren’t enough – the pair needed to enlist the help of a 3rd colleague to help locate the buried kitten. A shovel and a broom were also used to help navigate the 5-ton heap of trash.

They took in upwards of 30 minutes to rescue the kitten – it was a tremendous team effort but they finally got to the poor soul!

The three men then proceeded to send the kitten to a local animal shelter nearby for a good bath and meal.

The kitten slowly began to regain its strength and health back!

This lucky kitty was instantly adopted by one of the staff working at a shelter and is now happily living with his new human in a loving forever home!

A Big Fruitie Fan

A few years ago, the Internet was blessed with Ozzy, a peach loving cat who impressed everyone with his peach antics. Years later, the Internet has a new fruitie hero in Remus. A 10-year old cat who loves fruits too, Remus is strangely attracted to strawberries. His passion was discovered by his owner after seeing the cat being obsessed with a carton of strawberries one day.

It wasn’t a fad too. He couldn’t wait to open it up, but before that, his owner asked her veterinarian sister if the fruit is OK for kittens. She got a positive answer, and Remus met strawberries for the first time. He didn’t eat them, though. The cat just likes to play with strawberries, cuddling all day with the fruit while playing with them as well.

According to science, strawberries are related to catnip. They might have a similar effect on cats, and that’s probably the reason for Remus’ obsession with them. Whatever the reason is, we love seeing him play with strawberries. Who can blame him when they’re so sweet?
